Here’s what you’ll pay at the pump next month
The UAE fuel price committee has revealed the petrol and diesel prices for January 2025, keeping rates steady for the second month in a row.
Motorists will continue to pay Dh2.61 per litre for Super 98 petrol, Dh2.50 for Special 95, and Dh2.43 for E-Plus 91.
Diesel prices are set at Dh2.68 per litre.

The unchanged rates follow the December review and offer drivers a reprieve from price hikes.
For comparison, November 2024 rates were higher, with Super 98 at Dh2.74 and Special 95 at Dh2.63.
The stability in January’s prices mirrors trends in the global oil market, providing consistency for consumers across the Emirates.
UAE’s fuel pricing policy
Since deregulating petrol prices in 2015, the UAE has aligned its rates with international benchmarks. Monthly revisions ensure that local prices reflect market dynamics, as confirmed by state news agency WAM.
Motorists can now plan their journeys with confidence, knowing there’s no change at the pump this month.
